As the name implies, this bad boy is meant for high morale keeping, and what's a better way to show strength and willpower to your fellow comrades, than to tank a whole FLEETS worth of firepower, without BREAKING A SWEAT? Because THATS WHAT THE MOTIVATOR DOES, BABY! Most of the budget wasted for pure Osmium plating on every nook and cranny of the outside layering of the vessel, but that's a damn good reason. Why so little titan capacity? We used it for more space to put Osmium plating in. Advanced communication relays? Unless you want to hear HIGH COMMAND nagging all day in your ear about risking civilian lives, then redirect the budget to another layer of OSMIUM PLATING!
