Commissar Raptor was originally born on the planet of TRS-123. He enlisted in the Militia until learning about he first horny war. When this happened he got in contact with General Samp. During the meeting he requested the rank of commissar thus leading to its creation. When the A.H.A was consolidating he managed to get in contact with several members leading to them knowing where to go or joining. He severed well though not the best. When the senior commissar rank was created he was the second added to it. His greatest achievement was shooting fish in the head. After a disagreement with Gen Samp he left the A.H.A and became a mercenary after a while he decided to rejoin the A.H.A. During the hunt for Kerm he was shot in head killing him luckily he was able to be made a Sim. He is currently adjusting though can still teleport. He has another ability that will be learned of by the plebs later.
