On the recent operation to extract Commander TU-8271, RFLM Glitch sacrificed himself in a kamikaze attack on an enemy titan that threatened to prevent our extraction, phasing himself into the cockpit with a live grenade in hand, and an indomitable valour in his heart. Glitch was a skilled combatant with his exceptional abilities proving extremely useful at crucial points in countless situations. Beyond that he also managed to form a connection with many in our organisation despite his chequered past and was a dear friend to many as well as a good man. His sacrifice was an inspiration to all and a credit to the AHA as a whole and I am deeply saddened to say he was KIA under my command.
