The events of this report take place 2-3 hours after the medevac seen in report #513002, Operation: Reclamation. Once the medevac had landed SWAG medical staff brought Corporal Pheonix aboard the AHF Infiltrator’s medical facility, and began attempting to move him into a new frame. Upon realization that the data core was denying transfer, the onsite XO Voodoo-6 and NCO Jesse chose to give the green light to the medical staff to have the Corporal undergo a [REDACTED] procedure in an attempt to revitalize the consciousness of the casualty. Upon the completion of the operation, the onsite officers would be briefed that the Corporal terminated 2 SWAG medical staff during the operation. The unfortunate cost appeared to be a loss of both the Corporal’s emotions and memory before becoming a simulacrum. Due to these unfortunate events, Corporal Alex Grim was euthanized and had his data core flushed of whatever was left of his mind. Addendum 1: As of 5 hours after these events all 4th Battalion and HC have been notified of the Corporal’s passing. Addendum 2: As of 10 hours after the procedure both medics have been undergone simulacrum augmentation in an attempt to preserve them.
