Pilot Combat Certification
Recruits must have a minimum rank of Corporal to attempt the following tests and achieve their certification.
Tests must be overseen by an individual with the minimum rank of Sergeant First Class.
The tests include the following:
Hand to Hand Combat Test.
Recruits must successfully best at least 4 training spectres of varying difficulties. Starting at the easiest with the spectres capabilities increasing as the recruit progresses.
The recruit must not be knocked down for more than 5 seconds, knocked out of the determined arena and must not be rendered unconsciousness.
Marksmanship Test
Recruits must hit targets at 100m, 200m and 300m in addition to 3 moving targets of varying speeds maintaining an overall accuracy of 80%.
This ensures recruits can reliable hit targets with common weapons.
Mobility Test.
Recruits must run an obstacle course featuring varying verticality, reaching several predetermined checkpoints and finishing the course within a predetermined time to pass. Obstacles can include large gaps, wall run segments, large drops, sheer climbs and more ensuring recruits have mastered the jumpkit.
Titan Piloting.
Recruits must show proficiency in the basics of Titan movement and combat being able to manoeuvre through a combat scenario successfully whilst also eliminating several simulated enemy Titans.
Damage to the recruits Titan will be simulated with the training Titan shutting down upon reaching a critical state.
This ensures recruits can effectively use a Titan in combat whilst not jeopardizing valuable equipment in the event of failure.
